If you have an upcoming appointment with us and have traveled outside of the state in the last 14 days please call the office to make sure that you are still cleared to keep your appointment.
This is one of the ongoing precautions we are taking to protect our patients and our staff. Thanks for your consideration!

We have responsibly reopened on May the 4th, 2020. Dr. Zwick has a message to share with you:
4/30/20
We hope this letter finds you and your family in good health. Our community has been through a lot over the last few months, and all of us are looking forward to resuming our normal habits and routines. While many things have changed, one thing has remained the same: our commitment to your safety.
Infection control has always been a top priority for our practice and you may have seen this during your visits to our office. Our infection control processes are made so that when you receive care, it’s both safe and comfortable. We want to tell you about the infection control procedures we follow in our practice to keep patients and staff safe.
Our office follows infection control recommendations made by the American Dental Association (ADA), the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). We follow the activities of these agencies so that we are up-to-date on any new rulings or guidance that may be issued. We do this to make sure that our infection control procedures are current and adhere to each agencies’ recommendations.
You may see some changes when it is time for your next appointment. We made these changes to help protect our patients and staff. For example:
Please remain in your vehicle until our staff has contacted you and confirmed that your treatment room is ready. You can call our office when you arrive at 937.292.7828.
We look forward to seeing you again and are happy to answer any questions you may have about the steps we take to keep you, every patient, and our staff safe in our practice. To make an appointment, please call our office at 937.292.7828 or visit our website at www.logandental.net
Thank you for being our patient. We value your trust and loyalty and look forward to welcoming back our patients, neighbors & friends.

First and foremost, Logan Dental Care is always focused on the health and safety of our patients and employees. We want to assure you that we will continue to maintain a high level of service to each of our patients.
We have been actively monitoring the directives from federal, state and local government and public health officials regarding COVID-19 Virus (the “Coronavirus”). We continually evaluate and update the measures we are taking to ensure the safety of our employees, patients, and others with whom we are interacting. We have always exercised universal precaution (i.e. masks, gloves, sterilization of equipment, etc.), which is mandated by the CDC and OSHA.
Logan Dental Care is taking all precautions necessary to limit the exposure of any virus, including the Coronavirus, within our office. New practices that we are implementing include but are not limited to removing all magazines from the lobby, disinfecting the lobby and common areas regularly throughout the day, and having hand sanitizer in common areas for patient use.
We ask that you help us by participating in these easy steps:
The Logan Dental Care staff is remaining positive and we will continue to give outstanding care to our patients! We offer our support and well wishes during these unprecedented times. As always, please feel free to contact our office if you have any questions.
